What is the RedOctane Marketplace?
 The RedOctane Marketplace is a new kind of classified, bulletin service that helps you find individual buyers, sellers and traders near you. We post your listing on an interactive map that identifies your location. Interested buyers, sellers and traders can find items from people in their neighborhood by scanning our interactive map.

How does the RedOctane Marketplace work?
  1. You post items for sale, trade or purchase.
  2. You list an address (it can be home, work or any address near you)
  3. Your posting appears on an interactive map that identifies your location.
  4. Interested individuals in your area can email or call you if you list your phone number.


User Agreement and Posting Policies:
 To help users properly post items, we've highlighted some posting policies and describe how we handle listing violations when they are reported to us. Before you post an item, please find out if your item is allowed by checking the list below. As a RedOctane Marketplace user, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that buying, selling or trading your items is legal.

If you think you've found an item on RedOctane Marketplace that is illegal or violates our posting policies, please use the "Report an Ad" button to inform us. RedOctane will check the item in question and if appropriate, delete the post or warn the poster. If the poster repeatedly lists items that are prohibited, the poster is subject to suspension from future use of RedOctane Marketplace.


Below is a select list of items that are PROHIBITED on RedOctane Marketplace:
  • Counterfeit Items
  • Credit Cards
  • Drugs
  • Firearms
  • Human Parts and Remains
  • Prescription Drugs
  • Stolen Property
  • Alcohol and Tobacco
Even if you offer to give away a prohibited item for "free", this will not relieve you of potential legal liability. This applies to both buyer and seller.
